After an emergency c-section, an 11-year-old Paraguayan rape victim and her child are still alive. No thanks to the Paraguayan authorities who denied the girl a potentially life-saving abortion and instead demanded that she carry her rapist’s child to term. Mike Huckabee thinks it was the right call, and explains why an abortion would have made the 11-year-old a victim.

I don’t think they DO believe it. There’s zero empathy–a lot of these guys see even the most absolutely horrific situations as nothing but “hey, an opportunity to use my catchphrase” and don’t give it another thought.
