Assuming this is true, I have many questions!
1) Do we assume a uniform distribution of serial-killer birth throughout November, or does it follow a normal (bell curve) distribution?
2) If normal, at what date does the serial-killer-birthing rate peak? Sagittarii might not be the ones to fear!
3) Does “most” here mean “greater than 50% of serial killers were born in November” or does it mean “More serial killers are born in November than in any other month”?
If it’s merely the latter, then I would like to point out that there are more people born under a sun sign of Scorpio (9.6% of the US population) than under any other sign (Virgo’s next up with 9.4%). Since 2/3 of November is Scorpio (and 2/3 of Scorpio is November), it would make sense, with a slightly-higher-than-average birthrate falling during that 20 days or so, that a slightly-higher-than-average rate of serial-killer births would also fall in that time frame.
Now, if by “most” we refer to the former case, then a simple way to avoid the proliferation of serial killers would be to simply avoid giving birth in November. The human body isn’t exact, but given a human gestation period of nine months, let’s subtract: 11 – 9 = 2. February. Can you see where I’m going with this?
