cat wish to be outside and inside in same time. is very difficult and frustate to not be in all places, pls be support of cat place dilema

Cat, I am a human and I was hoping you could help me understand my own cat. You see, one of my cats will want to be let out, then back in, then out, then in, then out, etc. all within the space of 5 minutes. Why does she do this? Can’t she just pick one and stick to that?
