Reblog this picture of me holding a Family Size box of Honey Nut Cheerios? I’d really appreciate it.

How can I say no to such a great photo and such a polite request?

i will always support this post

me: yeah im really tough

me: [gets scared by text notifications when they’re too loud]

me: [easily startled when people tap me on the shoulder]

me: [cries under any sort of pressure ever]

me: [cries when anyone raises their voice higher than their average volume]

me: so tough

Be strong. Be calm. But be shocked, disgusted and outraged. Our biggest weakness now is the mind’s tendency to need to cope by rationalizing and normalizing.

That’s what fucked us up historically when xenophobic fascists threatened.

However, stress wears one down.

I can’t make a long post right now but work on cultivating a mind that is at once calmly outraged and alert.

Reblogging because I think John Oliver gave us the best phrase to remind ourselves of this fact: This is not normal.

Say it to yourself whenever you feel yourself getting complacent…
