They are purging voter rolls – please check frequently, especially if you are in swing states, especially if you do not literally vote in every single election, because that is the excuse they are using to try and disenfranchise you.
Cats actually can tell babies are little humans and as a general rule of thumb they tend to go easier on babies and will tolerate more behaviors they usually do not tolerate in adults. Not only that but many cats can become overprotective of babies and show them a lot of affection. Or if they hate babies they will just hide and run away instead of attacking. Obviously exceptions exist, but I find this proclivity to be so heartwarming
